Eric is very professional and efficient with policy arrangement for us. We had a rental property and the insurance company we used early abruptly stopped the insurance due to some issues. We turned to Eric and he successfully arranged the insurance in the same day with a decent price.

I haven't taken the time to read why others are posting a 5 star review, all I can tell you is that i found Humberview's customer service ridiculous.

I needed insurance quotes on 2 car and 2 homes. I provided detailed information to Peter at the Mississauga location. It's been a week and I have not heard anything. I have since inquired two times, and I have not received anything except "No one has gotten back to us yet. I did mention that I will be moving soon, an need a quote asap, so I figured that I should have heard something by now?

They don't call to update. Nothing? Waist of time.

I hope you get better luck than me
