I had an issue with the insurance company taking a long time to pay out a large claim. I asked for the help of our Commercial Account manager at Huestis, Melissa Bannerman, she went above and beyond, over a period of a month she contacted the adjusters daily and kept me in the loop, the level of service she provided was A++ and she got us the resolution we had hoped for, she knew the ins and outs of the industry and her help was invaluable.
