Avis plutôt mitigé. Ethan a été très avenant tout au long du processus. Cela étant, après une inspection privée (que je souhaitais faire), la dealer a dit qu'ils allaient s'occuper de tout réparer pour moi. Après 2 à 3 demandes par mail sur ce que signifie "tout réparer", et après avoir demandé une liste, finalement la plus grosse réparation sera à ma charge. Assez déçue.
Le délai de livraison n'a pas été respecté non plus. Le garage m'a dédommagé pour pouvoir me véhiculer par d'autres moyens, mais la livraison a tout de même été réalisée avec retard.
Point positif : pneus hiver neufs

Absolutely amazing! I went to look at potentially trading in my focus ST, I was looking to get a ford focus RS, even though they didn’t have one on site, within three hours of me leaving they had found one for me(they are not easy to find). Absolutely perfect car and Minh and Quinn couldn’t have made it easier, service was outstanding, everyone is so friendly. Initially I was very happy with the decision. However a year later and I have every regret there is.

First off, I initially called them for some other car and they took all my info, did a credit check, and THEN told me that car is no option for me (guess it was sold)!

The car I bought from them had a GPS tracker installed on it (not sure why…) which no one told me about, not so sure what they inspected since the car made a long beep every time you turned it on, which was because of that GPS tracker!

All aside, less than 8 months later and the engine blew off!! Called them only to be told we can get you into a new one but you gotta get rid of that first!

Last but most important, this was my first ever experience buying a car and I sincerely thought Joseph is actually caring about my criteria. Only to find out later the car was priced at least $10k over market.

All in all, never get near any house of cars dealership! You might think you’re saving, but it’s anything except that!
