Buyer beware.

Incompetent and lacking in morals.

As a first time home buyer, I was new to insurance and expecting a professional organization to assist me in finding coverage.

Instead, I had damage to my property, and discovered that it wasn't covered, due to the poor deal brokered by RGLs feckless agents.

And now, the damage to my property is intensive and instead of helping me, RGL is threatening to drop my coverage due to liability.

Which is it? Is my claim actually relevant to the integrity of my house? Or is it not?

You can't claim this is irrelevant, but also threaten to drop coverage. Imbeciles. Pirates.

Absolutely useless and completely lacking in professionalism and morals.

Do not recommend.

As an organization: they are blessedly free of the ravages of intelligence.

I wish I could rate zero stars. I regret not savoring the days before I had to deal with such high levels of idiocy.

It used to be a friendly small town company where your agent/ broker sat you down to explain your policy and offer suggestions and advice based on their experience. Made the mistake when recently renewing to trust in some paperwork left at the front desk to sign that wasn't explained to contain important changes I didn't wish to give up. I was the primary owner and it should have been the rule of thumb to ensure I was informed before an accident left me stranded without rental coverage. I've never dealt with an insurance provider who ever offered a policy lacking this and my old agent wasn't in the office anymore. New staff let me down hugely after a deer strike. Wish I had never switched companies because my old insurance company would go that extra mile to make sure I was taken care of regardless.
Also to be told "we have nothing to do with the claim once you have an accident"!!! First for me. The previous company I used to insure with were also brokers but they were involved from the start to finish of any claim. I can't recommend Russell Ins Group in good conscience. May save money initially but it's not worth it in the long run
