I am extremely dissatisfied with Honda. Not only did they secretly add extra services to my contract and charge me for them, but after two years, when I paid off my loan in full, they withdrew the entire loan amount twice from my account without permission.
Their system is incredibly weak and poorly managed. The customer service representatives are polite, but completely powerless to fix anything.
I’m honestly so frustrated with Honda Canada’s service that, even though I love my Honda car, I don’t think I’ll ever go near this brand again.

I understand that only the original contract holder can authorize a finance/lease transfer, but the way Honda Financial Services handled my situation was very poor. I was bounced between multiple agents, given different answers, and treated as if I was trying to commit fraud instead of being guided through the correct process. and When I explained that my cousin (the original owner) was currently out of the country, no one offered me any alternatives like a signed authorization letter, power of attorney, or another valid option. Instead, I received impatient responses, sighs, and in one case was even cut off while I was still speaking. That’s not professional.

All I wanted was clear information on what steps to take but instead, I got inconsistent answers and poor customer service. If the process requires the original owner to call, then just state that clearly and explain the proper options instead of making customers feel misled and disrespected.

I Bought a gas push Honda lawn mower at an authorized Honda dealer and decided with a good down payment. To finance the balance. It took forever to get approved (I have a score over 850).
After the first scheduled payment date came and went I realized the $50.00 payment had not been taken from my bank account so I called Honda..after an hour on the phone the customer care rep told me I didn’t exist in their system.. I called the point of purchase dealer and they told me Honda didn’t like my signature and wanted my to write it again but add my middle name..I immediately paid off my lawn mower! I jumped through hoops with Honda finance for a $1000 dollar loan and then they want me to reinvent my signature..last straw and the last time I’ll ever consider financing with Honda Canada for anything..my signature is my mark and I’m not changing it.

Terrible, absolutely terrible experience. Recently paid off my Acura loan. Not just terrible vehicle and extremely high 8% interest loan, but after paying off that loan on Monday, same week Honda finance charged me the scheduled payment after the loan was paid off. When I called them to verify why, they advised that it's takes a week for payment to be accepted. After week I called theem, they advised that payment still wasn't accepted. After another week I called them, they advised that payment was accepted and in one week I'll get the refund. After a week and a half when refund wasn't deposited, I called them again so that time they advised that it's takes few weeks for refund to be refunded...
Bottom line: terrible cars, terrible service, huge interests, and no accountability for the terrible things they are doing.

I've had one of the worst customer service experiences with Honda Canada Finance. I received contradicting information, lack of transparency and very poor service by 2 of their customer service agents. Yes, their interest rates are typically lower than the banks, but be aware... you get what you pay for. I've given them the feedback of my negative experiences, but was still left without a resolution to my request, hence I'm now sharing it publicly.

The worst service I have ever experienced.. I have been waiting 2 weeks for a letter to show I have paid off my bike and they keep saying they will call me back and don’t. Poor management and short of staff would be an understatement. I’m currently about to start legal action and file a lawsuit against them for wasting my time consistently and I have recorded all of my phone calls and emails with them to prove how they treat customers. I’ll also be posting everything on social media on my YouTube and Facebook accounts
