Absolutely never deal with this company.
Asked for a quote for insurance for a Car I wanted to add to my policy I had with them. They were double the price of their competitors. I declined. They then added it on anyway, and now want to charge me $300 to cancel the policy THAT I NEVER AGREED TOO.
Been with them for 3 years, family has been insuring through them for 20 years. If they will screw over a loyal customer, they will screw you over.

I've been dealing with these guys for almost 10years, the first 6 or 7 years were good, no complaints, Brent would always answer questions if I sent an email.
The last few years though, any time my renewal would come up, if I sent him a email about it, he'd either not reply or take forever to reply. Seemed like he couldn't be bothered.
Getting our renewal for this year, our rates went up and we decided to shop around, finding a different company, we switched, he sent us the cancelation slips to be signed via esign, we thought we were in the clear and our business was done, WRONG!
Our car insurance was successfully canceled, our tenant insurance though, despite signing the form, we've had 3 different payments come out in the last month, I've sent Brent a few different emails, only getting a reply to one of them.
Still waiting for a response from him...
Like I said, it use to be a pleasant place to deal with, not so much anymore...

Always a pleasure to deal with. As usual I received 5 quotes and nobody came within $500. Great personnel. Price was a bit higher but it has been two years because of Covid. I have referred several people from as far away as Cobourg.
