I can't speak much about the purchasing side of things at this dealership, but I can definitely share my experience with their customer service and sales.

My husband and I visited the dealership, hopeful to find a very specific vehicle I had my heart set on. We were warmly greeted by a wonderful Sales Associate named Logan. He was straightforward, honest, and super transparent about everything. If he didn’t have an answer to one of our many (MANY!) questions, he’d admit he didn’t know and would try to look into it to find us an answer instead trying to give us a runaround just to make a sale.

Logan walked us through our options and pricing, even telling us we qualified for a discount because of my job, which no other dealer in Calgary had mentioned before!

In the end, we decided not to make a purchase since the car I wanted would need to be ordered from the manufacturer, which would have taken a couple months and with the looming threat of the American tariffs and all its uncertainty, I just couldn't go for it. (Which was in no way the dealership’s fault, it’s completely out of their control)

Still, I had a really enjoyable experience! It was such a refreshing change from the many Calgary dealerships that often feels like they’re looking to take advantage of you.

So, if you’re in the market for a vehicle, I highly recommend chatting with Logan!

But they’re on a anniversary so a bunch of cars is really nice. They gave me free food and drinks would recommend to go on some of these holiday events

I had an appointment booked for 9am for an alignment. Didn’t get my car till almost 2:30 and I missed several hours of work. Wasn’t even given a heads up about the delay. Apparently they had a back up from the day before, however they should’ve made that clear when I dropped my car off cause I could’ve made a day out of it. I would not recommend going here unless you wanna spend way too much money and waste your whole day.

Crooks. We took our car in to get a wheel alignment done because our mechanic doesn’t have the right equipment. After dropping it off we were informed that we needed to spend $1700 to have the steering gear replaced, even though the part is $390, so not sure what the rest is for but I digress. We declined and just said we wanted the wheel alignment that we came for, and they refused to do so stating the car wasn’t “road worthy”. The funny thing is we had just replace the entire front end and the several people that had their eyes on it didn’t notice a problem. We took it back to our mechanic and he said nope there is nothing wrong with it. So to make a long story short, do not do business here.

Hey all..just want to say thank you to hildebrand gm and all the staff First off I had a friend looking for a Toyota Tacoma awhile ago I saw one at hildebrand notified my friend…he is loving it and says hildebrand treated him very well! He is very happy with his service he received!! Secondly…I have a 2017 express 4x4 6” lift I had some electrical issues towed it to hildebrand had awesome service was notified when they’d work on it Was notified what they were doing they made sure I understood the expense that went with electrical diagnosis and repairs….they repaired it the same day! Been working great so far!! Thank you guys definitely be back !!!! Definitely recommend to anyone !

Holy Cow!!! So we buy a new truck every year and this year was no different. The only issue was that the dealer we've been patronizing for years could not get allotment for our 2024 GMC 3500 SLT HD dually. We use this truck for our yearly migration to the coast with our camper and offshore boat... so yes we need the dually. While looking online a friend of mine found such a truck at Hildebrand Motors Ltd located in Olds Alberta. From the first phone call to the purchase and finally picking up our new ride, we have been treated with kindness and professionalism. We were given, what I would estimate , is the best deal possible on this truck not to mention all the extras you receive specific only to this dealership. Monnie and I want to express our gratitude and say thanks for everything to Carla, Lloyd, and Stephanie and the rest of the staff of Hildebrand. You are a great team in a "class" administration!!!

Absolutely amazing service as always. All the staff are very helpful and treat me with respect and kindness. The hospitality of the staff is amazing and I always feel so welcome and free to ask questions as needed. I bought my car there a few months ago after hitting a deer. I was very tight on cash and they found me a great deal and had me on my way with a new car in great condition within the week. 10 out of 10 would recommend this place for anyone looking for to buy or sell a vehicle. Great experience purchasing my car from Hildebrand. Shout out to Carla and Logan for teaming up and making it happen for me so fast. I showed up at 10 AM and drove away at 4 PM… I desperately needed a vehicle and I know Carla pulled out all the stops for me.
