Had a tooth extraction and implant completed. The Dr. and the assistant were super and explained before, during and after prior to anything happening. There was no discomfort for the implant, although the tooth extraction was challenging and just significant pressure. The overall experience was positive and I'm not a dentist lover at all. As the freezing wears off there is some discomfort, but that's what the pain killers are for.

Follow up visit Sep 11, 2024 for the crown measurements. In and out in 20 minutes. They used 3D imaging to get the measurements for the lab to build the crown. Great experience.

The whole experience was top notch. I really appreciated the time the doctor took to explain things before and after the tooth extraction. The after care treatment and time he took to address my concerns was amazing. At one point he made himself available to see me and address the issue I was having after surgery, which turned out to not really be an issue. I think the other thing that I noticed was his ability to respect me when I had concerns or questions. He took the time to answer my questions and made me feel that all questions were important and deserved a response. Additionally, all the staff in the office from his assistant to the receptionist also were willing to make me feel welcome and comfortable. Everyone worked together and really cared about customer services wanting to make sure that everything worked well. When a scheduling issue happened they worked at make it as convenient as possible, with providing follow reminders. Great job everyone.
