I bought multiple pieces of heavy equipment from Headwater and had them ship the equipment to Africa for a project there. I bought all of the equipment without inspecting it. The used equipment ran like new and everything provided was exactly as promised. They are a good family run business, you can trust them.

Hired headwater to fix my dozer, they went in a messed around with things that had nothing to do with the issue. Manually adjusted the pumps which you’re not supposed to do. Had to take it to Brant and pay for the mistakes they made. Went to complain and all they did was accuse me of not paying my bill which had already been paid in full.
Would never recommend.

If you need heavy equipment service on site or at Headwater, or you need a drilling rig welding together, you might have overlooked this awesome business! Sand blasting, professional paint booth, skilled mechanics, fully equipped shop with 20T O/H cranes with room for 10 jobs at once, new fully equipped service trucks with a red seal mechanic will go anywhere in Canada. One of the mechanics replaced the radiator on a Cat D9 buried under 10 feet of snow on top of a mountain in the Pass. Nobody else would take the job. True story. I met the guy. It's what put these guys on the map. They always treated me well.

Have tried to buy equipment there and never get call backs. Always end up buying elsewhere.
Used mechanics one time and it only ended up costing us their bill and another from Brant to fix their screw ups.
