Hayley did a FANTASTIC job during a transaction that was under a serious time crunch. She worked relentlessly to make sure we got the best rate. Honestly if I could give a 10/5 I would. Hayley made our mortgage shopping so easy it was silly. I just kept wondering…is that it? Pre-approved super fast. Once we needed to get approved things went super fast and smooth. When we hit a couple small hiccups with the builder etc. Hayley had our back and reached out to other people involved on our behalf to smooth things over. There are not enough superlatives to describe how she made our experience. I cannot imagine using another person to be our mortgage broker.
