Lisa Pang, one of Insurance Brokers at this location, exemplifies everything a broker should be. She is professional, efficient, and very knowledgeable. I dealt with her on three separate occasions and every time she took time to explain clearly all that needed to be done. No better or worse than any other Autoplan dealer. Constantly trying to upsell.

Basically data entry clerks who can't offer explanation for the year over year rate changes...basically deferring to ICBC.

Doing the least amount of work for their commission.

Frankly, the entire auto insurance industry in BC is ridiculous.
