The most rude unethical people I have ever dealt with from property manager to receprion. They work unsafely outside doing renovation and should be reported before somebody gets hurt, but they don’t care all they care about is the Almighty dollar.

Since Har par took over november 42.9% increase in rent, we pay all our utilities, now card laundry, 4.25 to 6.75 wash /dry. Less time each load...Silliest rules that are not by tenant act...its like a rent grift...nowonder every one leaving. Maintence issues...p.s. buying a building is like buying a house!!! Should of had inspectors check each suite for mold. Rotting, voles, cockroches, bedbugs....

Been renting with this organization for 3 lease terms. First year 995 a month. Second year they raise it to 1095 fair. Next year 1350. Keep in mind there is a shared laundry that costs you 25 dollars per load and their machines dont work half the time and whe they do your clothes are soaked and can never get dry. Issue brought up many times. Next lease offer is now 1450. I have shopped and we can get in suite laundry elevator and central air for 1500. Never rent with this company they do not value tenants

Blue quill gardens are really good. I have been living there since 5 months and thought of sharing my experience. The apartment is very spacious and big. You get enough space for storage too.if something gets break , they fix in a day. Location is so good. Buses are just next to all apartments. The management is supportive and helps out the minute you call them. My husband car stopped working in January and he called our manager and he was there in 5 minutes in such harsh weather.

As their name suggests, they're an investment company. Their top interest is in making as much profit as possible at your expense, not providing safe, affordable housing. The lease offers are sketchy, to say the least.

We have been living Har pal investment Ltd building for 8 months now. The building is neat and clean and well maintained. My manager is very helpful and nice.
Affordable apartments for rent, HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

I’ve been renting from Har-Par investments over a year. This is The best rental company I have ever dealt with. Any issues I’ve ever had, have been dealt with in a friendly, pleasant, and timely manner. Their units that I viewed, across the city, are the most affordable. Edit: a jump from $1225/month to $1600, by the 3rd lease signing is a bit of a stretch for the quality of the place. But the Land lord is still amazing.

Moving into Ridgewood Park was the best choice I could have made. The sense of security I have gained living in the building has been great, my children and I highly value the security alarms and locked building doors. The on-suite laundry room has made household chores much easier. The landlords and building managers are very friendly, and put our concerns as their top priority. The buildings are clean and well maintained. My family and I feel very welcome and cared for in this community. I highly recommend Harpar Investments to my friends and family.
