I feel bad leaving a review like this but it's the only recourse I seem to have to voice my discontent. Dealing with this broker has been mistake after mistake. I can understand making a mistake, it's normal. But we are talking about compounded mistakes and the urgency to rectify them is just not apparent. Everyone I have dealt with is super nice, I am not taking anything away from them as humans. But as insurance professionals, unfortunately they are extremely painful to deal with. I can never get a quick quote, it takes days and days to get answers. Twice now I have been confirmed a premium which I accepted and twice the wrong premium was sent to my mail. We're talking 600$ and 200$ differences. How can you accept an insurance policy at a premium that the client has not consented to? It's the number one rule of being a broker: You don't accept anything the client hasn't consented to. They even increased my deductible without my consent on my new tenant insurance!

I truly hope the level of service and transparency gets better and if you make mistakes, please make more of an effort to give it your utmost attention and fix it as quickly as possible. We are the ones who are on the line for fees if we miss payments.

You need a different system that allows you to provide quotes faster... this whole gather information, send to underwriting, wait days upon days to get an answer only to have the wrong premium issued is just not right. I once had to wait almost 2 weeks to get answers on a quote and I wouldn't have gotten them unless I continuously reached out by email to remind them. I like to think I am a pretty easy and respectful client to deal with having worked on the other side of things, I just want confirmed premiums/quotes to be honoured and I don't want things changed without my knowledge.
