I filed my tax return through your team, and unfortunately, the experience was far from what I expected. The person handling my case, Maddy, barely communicated no proper explanation was given, and most of the time, my calls were ignored. Everything was done through email, which left me confused on several important steps. It felt like I was left to figure things out on my own. The employee response was very rude I understand everyone is doing their job, but part of that job includes basic respect and communication, especially when dealing with clients who are trusting you with something as important as taxes. This whole situation has been frustrating. The owner should take some action on it not just for me , but for anyone else who comes to you for help.
