Prix intéressant pour ce que l’appartement. Mais n’essayez pas d’obtenir de l’aide quand vous avez un sérieux problème. Les appartements sont mal isolés donc vous entendez vos voisins comme s’ils étaient chez vous. Le plafond de ma salle de bain était remplis d’eau dû à la toilette du voisin d’en haut qui ne voulait pas le signaler au propriétaire, ce qui cause des dégâts majeurs dans mon appartement et on m’assure qu’il sera impossible de régler le problème puisque ce n’est pas prioritaire. I have been living in my building since 2017 every time I asked them to fix things they never came never did anything the two times they did they came once to change the tank because they had no choice it was flooding my home but they left the hole in the wall open and never came back to close it up my carpets were flooded and left water stains and when I complained they sent someone to clean the carpet but he made it worse water stains all over when I told them they ignored me and dismissed my request, I had to run to my doctor with days fungus started building under the carpet and I got a bad body rash , another time I called them because I had disgusting brown water they never came to fix it I had to call a plumber friend I know to come and fix it for me because they would not answer my emails or return my calls, during COVID I got COVID and did my quarantine when I was finished I went to sit on my balcón and the janitors son was harassing me to get back in my home he smashed my car mirror the same day of the argument when I told him he is no one to tell me to go back in to my home administration posted a note on the building door that the person in apartment one has COVID so the people didn’t know that my quarantine was over so they harassed my threw cigarettes on me water and said profanity’s they called the cops on me for being outside and when the cops got to my house I explained I finished the quarantine period but they still asked me to go in to the house to just avoids conflict so everyone can calm down for the day , my last repair request that went ignored was a year ago or more Johnny text me after not ever getting back to me about repairs he texts a year later to tell me he came across a repair slip and if I need anything fixed but the only reason he text me was not for that it’s because he wanted access to my home to see if what he was told that I a dog was true but they think I’m stupid . I have a letter from my doctor that I sent to them by email which they never responded, the janitor is always parked at the church in front of the building and makes the tenants so uncomfortable we all talk about how he always stalks all of us watching when we come in and out of our building he knows everyone’s daily routine it’s creepy and very scary. I will attach photos of all this for everyone to see I can’t post all the photos there are to many but this is some so you have an idea the picture you see with the ants is after they opened to change the tank and never closed it back ants and roaches came out of there
