Every single person I met who works at the dealership was personable and helpful, and each of them made the purchase process a pleasure from start to finish. The vehicle I bought had an issue with the SYNC as soon as I got it off the lot, and instead of abandoning me, they worked with the local Ford dealer to get the issue resolved for me. Top notch customer service!

I was nearly tricked into buying a used Ram truck through the salesman Michael. He let me test drive the truck twice on the highway with my children, most likely knowing that it wouldn’t pass a safety inspection (manifolds needed replacing on both sides, much more stuff wrong found when I took it to another mechanic ). Thank God I trusted my gut and the other mechanic. He was unwilling to lower the price despite all the multiple safety problems. He tried to fool me the whole process through and I will never deal with them again. I will also make sure none of my friends head there either.
