Old guy there doesn't know what he's doing and can't take your info properly or hear what you are saying. Can't get my name properly then says he can't help me untill some lady comes back next week. All I wanted was licence plates.

The most important thing about insurance is to have an Insurance Broker that can help you negotiate which policy is right for you and if required to communicate on your behalf to the insurance company. Gray Insurance Agency is a family run business that has been at the same location for many many years. Since moving to Edmonton they have consistently made strides to keep the policy to what I can afford and the coverage that suits my needs. How can you buy insurance from a bank? A broker is in business for you.
