Jennifer is incredibly nice and went out of her way to get me all the info she could. Even when I needed my photo taken again, she called me back as she knew I needed my license as soon as possible. Don’t let grouchy ppl get to you Jennifer! You’re doing great!

Very unprofessional experience every time a friend or family member or recently myself went to registries in Grande Cache lady was never at the desk. And very unpleasant to deal with. It really Does not seem like she is there other than to warm up the chair What is the point of a registry office if they do not do half the services needed anymore? Unfortunately will be always travelling out of town for these services in the future.

I work mon-fri, 8-5, nothing is open on Saturday in GP so we drove all they way from Grande Praire because it says open until 1pm on Saturdays. Nope. Wasted all this gas and time because they can't update their hours online. What a joke.

Absolutely pathetic service, the lady that works at the registry’s is never at work. You can’t renew your licence or registration during the week cause apparently you can just not go to work now a days
