Did an over the phone ICBC renewal with them late at night. Service was prompt and it really got me out of a bind. All I had to do was fill out a very quick online form from their website, then five minutes later they called me to ask me some questions for details on the renewal. Ten minutes after that I received an email with a link to Adobe Sign web site with my paperwork. After signing off, a few minutes later I was insured. Way easier than going into an agency.

I called Gold leaf because no one else was open. Was I ever impressed! Within 10 minutes my commercial vehicle was insured at 10:00 p.m. to ensure that I was able to get my business running again at 6:00 a.m. the next morning. Thank you so so so much! Not only were they helpful but to the person on the phone was jovial, friendly, easy to deal with and called me back within seconds of sending them an email! I will surely call them again when I need to be serviced in the future. 😉
