What can I say? After all these years I always thought an insurance broker was great to find for the best rates, but I never felt the need to stay and form a wonderful business relationship where you actually feel like family! That is until I came across Shelby! After days of speaking to various monotone brokers, trying to find the best deal and merge our various policies, Shelby came out on top. It's unreal how pleasant, professional and hard-working she is! Now I get it. She cares for the clients and the company she works for, and it shows.
She made me feel comfortable and knowledgeable regarding all the coverages! I won't go anywhere else now.

Even afterwards, I had to call service to make a simple change in the auto policy. Dusten was outstanding. Happy, helpful, and knowledgeable too! They care about their clients, end of story.
