Staff there are amazing and passionate about what they do. Was there to volunteer for a work function and they gave us a tour of the warehouse and new geo greenhouse. You can tell how much they care about the work they are doing and we all left with a much greater appreciation for how they support and help their community.

These people made me stand in the freezing cold forever while they chit chat to some lady then when they're finally finished they tell me to beat it because it's one minute passed 12 as if I wasn't waiting there all that time. I guess if you're not a woman you aren't human here smh. If I could give a negative score I absolutely would!

No longer a welcoming place. I rely on them monthly but I won't be going back, not after the amount of discomfort they've made me and my partner go through. They used to be accepting of others, but it doesn't look like it anymore. Unfortunate

Ask way too many questions for my liking. If I don't want to give you my phone number, don't harass me about it bad enough you stand outside and give your information out loud so others standing there can hear it, so they can use your info for whatever, they should go back to inside where personal information is some what safer 2 stars for that also they asked if I had special dietary needs, I said diabetic. I got nothing that is diabetic safe. Why ask the question then? Gave me pop tarts for diabetic... and a few other sugar items.

First time having to use this service! The lady at the window taking my info was so helpful and caring. She explained how to book an appointment online if I need to go back again. Making the appointment saves time as you just go right to the hamper pick up. Thank you Gleaners for your help!

Got the help we needed. In a great and fast fashion. Making an appointment now saves so much time. There was a huge line and I had my daughter. But becausenof the appointment everything went smoothly.

Called up to ask a question as the website, even though you have an account to sign up for does not show last time visited.

Was told,
"oh short staffed come in tomorrow and write it on (your) calendar as i dont have time to go to the front and back to get that for you"

Wow great customer service for people in need.

It is not that hard to have on the website account the last date that was booked, this does not need any other information, if you can book an appointment online then it can also state when you last booked... like a booking history. It is not that difficult to implement really!

Some people really need to think before talking rudely on the phone, i get that they are volunteering to do this but that still does not give them the right to talk to you like a piece of s#$t.

Everyone is struggling right now and being polite and courteous does not cost a cent.
Seems that is becoming less and less nowadays.

Apart from that the food bank itself is a great source for those who need help with supplying food for there family!

I have been going here on and off for over 8 years, they always try their best to accommodate food preferences. The staff are friendly and helpful, and since Covid they have begun an online ordering system which is great.
