This is by far the WORST finance company I have had to deal with. I paid off my loan and requested documentation emailed to me - a detailed report, a receipt and my letter of release.
I was told “we are not a full service bank and cannot do that automatically - you will need to phone back (wait on hold again) and request that. I told them I need it the following day and they said no problem. I phone back and am now told it takes 6 business days minimum.
This place is a joke. -10 stars - for the amount of interest they collect they should be able to provide at lease SOME service (which they refer to as full service). Terrible. So glad to (almost) be done with this circus of a finance company.

I delt with Harpreet this morning, she was trying her best to help with my transaction. She went over and above to have all of the paper work processed in a timely manner to which we could avoid any further delays with the processing. I am glad that she took care of me and was able to set my mind at ease. There is more people like her in the world working for each other and i appreciate all of her help. Thank you again.

Long Overdue Update on my Review: They called as back and answered our questions and inquiries! Thank you.

We’ve been calling for almost an hour alternating with our two phones and nobody was answering. You cannot even make an inquiries and talk to the customer service.

Customer service is absolutely garbage like tell your minimum wage employees to stop talking down to customers when they got questions

If i had a dumb dumb job like yours answers calls with similar questions id be as knowledagable as you but i dont because i have an education and im paid more then your call takers.

Who ever the chick was i was dealing with sounded like an absolutely entitled clown.

Was on hold for less than 15 minutes, had a lovely lady look into my files for why my payments where being weird, was told that she will call me back once she finishes looking into it and not even 10 minutes later I get called back and was explained clearly what had happened & cleared up much confusion!

Hour wait on a loan inquiry got an agent on the other line they said they would transfer me to manager and then phone disconnected. Real waste of time. Also the positive reviews are bots 100% sure they are. I've had to call in a few times and the wait times are staggering.

Update:
Got contacted back today from a nice agent about my review and they were very pleasent to talk to was very empethetic to my issue and even sent me a gift card as an apology. Ive never had a company do that before. I feel very apprecirated. updated my 1 star review to a 5 star.

I really don’t know why the reviews are so high for this bank. It is such a process to view outstanding loan balances and make extra payments. My previous car loan with TD was way easier to manage. I swear they make it more work so you don’t want to pay things off faster. If I had a choice I would not pick them. I’m paying 1000s in interest they should be providing a better platform.
