I have been the type of person to do my own taxes in previous years. I always thought that if I am capable of doing it then why should I hire someone and pay higher fees for this service? As a commissioned employee there are certain expenses I can deduct and it seemed pretty clear what numbers I had to plug into the turbo tax software. Turns out I left a little money on the table. The end result was a higher return with no headaches on my end. I can also verify this was a higher return because I actually plugged the transactions into the turbo tax software to get a rough estimate on what to expect. Preet is awesome to work with and an even better guy away from the office. He definitely proved to me the advantages of hiring an accountant and I look forward to working with him for years to come!

I've since transitioned all my taxes to Gallo. Based on the experience I had with my second business and with my personal taxes, my wife also does her taxes with Gallo now as well. You would not usually expect the level of professional five-star service that comes with the package, but you should expect it with Gallo. Preet, Katrina, Robin, Shavinder, I could go on... they are all very prompt, professional, and personable. I have no doubt where I will go when I open my next business. There's a reason why I don't use TurboTax anymore - you don't need it when you have the full suite of services in one place.
