My representative and Customer Support was with a young lady named Sara Miller, and a gentleman named Alex Zuccarro..
I need to share that I don’t think I have ever dealt with a company where I have been as supported and updated on information as I have in dealing with Sara and Alex
They have been courteous, professional, stunningly efficient and incredibly informative on everything that I would need to know throughout the entire process.,
The follow up to every step was prompt, courteous, and timely.,
Their communication skills are superb and their attention to detail is world-class.,
I have dealt with many businesses both as supply vendors, and also in the finance world for funding with other Companies,
But in all honesty, I have never had the level of service that I’ve received from Forward Funding..
