Jason and his staff are wonderful people. To be in this situation can be embarrassing and overwhelming to say the least. Yet they treated me with kindness and respect. Walking me through all my options, pros/cons/reality. It is never an easy position to be in, but they made it as easy as possible. You'd be best to avoid this company, really take time and research where you want to do a consumer proposal & bankruptcy because I made the mistake of going to the closet office. Started off fine, unfortunately had an injury which had me on short term disability making less money than my normal wage. Tried several times to do an adjustment for what I make and what I can pay never was able to get a response. Tried several times and I was always told my receptionist that Jason would get in touch with me and that never happened in the months that I attempted to have changes done to complete my consumer proposal. He only just reached out via mail to inform me that my file was annulled. There is a serious lack of communication as well little no none help in working towards being debt free with this company. Do yourself a favor and call around and research better offices.
