I brought my 2005 Range Rover HSE L322, my garage princess and summer toy, to Fizo Automotive for a fresh perspective on a persistent issue. Unfortunately, they weren’t able to diagnose anything beyond what I’d already discovered myself, and the parts they recommended had actually been changed within the last month. To add to the challenge, when the mechanic went to open the hood he broke, the latch guide and cable. (L322 hoods can be tricky)

However, Fizo was completely upfront about what happened and took all the necessary steps to make it right and make sure I left satisfied. I really appreciate that kind of honesty and accountability. It’s rare these days.

I know that diagnosing an older Range Rover like mine is nearly impossible. That’s part of the fun for me. Sometimes I just like another perspective, even though this is the third time a shop hasn’t been able to pin down any of the issue. One of those shops was the dealership itself, which wasn’t anywhere near as honest as Fizo and was still light years away from the actual problem.

What sets Fizo apart is how transparent and professional they are. Emily, in particular, was extremely professional and handled everything with care. Because of that, I’m happy to give them what they truly deserve.

If you want an honest and fair mechanic shop, this is the one.

Recently, I found myself stranded in Wetaskiwin when my car suddenly wouldn’t start. I called FIZO, and they quickly diagnosed the issue over the phone. I had my car towed to their shop, and they were able to get the necessary part in and complete the repair all in the same day.
