Went to my dad's to clean out basement after a flood. Threw almost everything away including my grandfathers ww2 outfit. Me and my brothers ventage lego, about 30 sets .My dad trusted them and thier professionals and they did him wrong. . Its a fly by night out fit! Will hire anyone ! I wish all They don't even deserve 1 Star!

As you can see with thier reply. My dad gave them permission to throw all damaged things away and signed for them,of course he did he trusted this company and thier workers as being professionals. I even had one of thier workers say maybe he needs more training!Just because the boxes was damaged doesn't mean the contents inside couldn't have been washed and if they would have did thier homework which professionals would have they would have learned lego is not puros and can be cleaned !!! But nope they just wanted to save time. Not very professional at all!!! Attached is a picture of the lego. They said there was only 20 sets as you can see in the picture there is more then that and also the boxes don't even look that damaged but yet they claim the lego inside was!!

First Onsite was lightning fast, efficient and effective and, above all, compassionate. Did I mention good-humoured, and they brought me coffee in the morning. After day 1 of flood damage mitigation, they had me up and running by day 3. Heat, hot water, electrical and a complete rebuild of flooded mechanical systems in my basement crawl space. Thank you all - Nicole, Jason, Alicia, team and sub-contractors. TD Insurance places their trust in First Onsite and ... now, I surely do!

We were forgotten about for 8 weeks over and over again even though we called. The guy who was in charge of the final decision randomly had to do a walk through which never happens and then quit the next day. They wanted to hire roofers that harassed us and were high when they pulled into our driveway. And they also accused us of having very expensive drying equipment that we should have had but because they forgot about us, never showed up but said it had. Worst experience of disrespect we have ever had in our life.
