I have been dealing with the folks at Farnesse insurance for a couple years and they have been great. It’s all about how they react when there is a problem and they are very good and fixing things with great service. Troy and Paul have been instrumental today in fixing an accidental non payment of a premium and getting things back on track. Thanks guys!

Do not use this insurance company. This is one of The worst insurance companies ever!!! four times in three years I’ve tried to upgrade my insurance. They’ve never informed me of what the upgrade was going to cost until the week before it was going to cancel, ( my insurance jumped from $550-$1821 with no warning ) Also, if I pay my insurance yearly, how could they cancel it? and then when it canceled, they upped the cost of my insurance because it did get cancelled and then when I questioned them about it, they said if I don’t like it, I can go to another insurance company. That does not sound like a very respectable company to me!! do not use these guys. They are nothing more than a rip off and they will not care about you!!!

No, I will not be calling your office to try and resolve this issue. I dealt with them over email for a couple of weeks and they absolutely refused to help me with the problem I was having and only thing you’re trying to do is face on Google by pretending like you actually care about your clients you don’t give a shit about your clients and you shouldn’t even have a business. This is the worst insurance company I’ve ever dealt with and 25 years of having insurance absolutely horrible. Do not use this company nothing more than a rip off, especially the manager by the name of Susan Arnold nothing more than a waste of time she will not help with anything and will not let you know if any changes happened to your Policy
