My wife and I used Pierce for 2 home inspections when we were looking to buy a house. The first house went so poorly we decided to not even counter offer and back out of the deal. I highly recommend Falcon Home Inspection! Pierce was professional, and very thorough. I live out of town and wasn’t able to make the inspection time, so Pierce was more than happy to go over the home inspection with my parents. He then called me and gave me a full rundown of the report and we went through it together. His report was very detailed and thorough, which I greatly appreciated! I don’t know a lot about different home issues, but Pierce spent the time and explained it all with me, and I left that conversation feeling confident about what my new home would need going forward. Pierce did an amazingly thorough job on a home inspection for us today. He noticed some brown oily residue on the water heater and went the extra mile to look into it for us post inspection instead of just letting us know about it and figuring it out for ourselves. Fantastic customer service! We would recommend him to anyone and 100% use him again if the need arises.
