I strongly advise against using this insurance company.

While the broker was efficient in collecting my payment to set up the policy for my vehicle, my experience took a turn for the worse when I canceled the insurance after selling the car. Despite waiting over two months for my refund, I have received no response. Even the manager has failed to reach out to me.

This level of service is completely unacceptable. I wouldn’t trust them with my money—think twice before choosing this company.

I am so pleased to have Excel & Y for my car insurance broker, specially Laura Wingert, she is very quick response when ever I need to add or delete vehicle from my automotive insurance policy by email, I will get result within 1 hour. Specially when I need a pink card for adding new vehicle to the policy before I register the car under my name.
Even when I want to delete vehicle due to the fact the vehicle is sold, she responded right away and she makes it very simple task.

Michele Hopewell has been our broker for more than 5 years, and she would always advocate, in our behalf, when dealing with our insurance providers. And she is always willing to explain, in simple terms, every time we have some questions regarding our insurance (both home and auto). For example, she was able to explain why having our young son in the insurance would increase our premium significantly.
Also just recently, we were frustrated with our insurance provider, Aviva, due to the months of delay in our insurance claim in the August 2025 hail storm. I asked Michele's help and when she followed up Aviva on that day, I immediately got an assurance from the later the next day that they will now process our claim.
Because we are very satisfied with her service, I even recommended her services to a close family friend.

Laura was very helpful over the phone. After spending all day calling around, I got the best customer service from her. She was very understanding, friendly, and answered any questions I had thoroughly. To top it off, she was very quick at getting all my info to get me coverage within a few hours. If you are looking for a new insurance company I definitely recommend giving her a call!
