Car was detailed, maintained, certified and delivered to our doorstep 400km away from their dealership at no extra cost, papers signed and we where ready to drive. Bought a 2022 Tesla model 3 brand new from them - was able to get it done with a great value for my trade-in. Quick delivery right to my door in 1 business day - the exchange barely took a half hour as well. The delivery driver explained how to use the car which was very helpful since it's my first EV. They also drove back to my place to give me a free adapter for a 240V plug when I asked to buy one off of them. A++ service and loving the new tesla!

We decided to go look for a car after an ice storm. We went to several car dealers to see what was on their lots. No one came out to talk to us, then we went to Jeff Smith's,County Chevrolet in Essex. Paul the salesman came out to talk with us, took time to clean the ice of the vehicle we were looking at so we could test drive it. We bought the vehicle. We have had excellent service from this dealership. Highly recommend taking a drive to Essex and see what is on their lot!
