No idea how these "managers" are still taking management fees for funds that have been frozen for almost the entire year. Happy to see they are finally liquidating all ETF's but we're gonna see pennies on the dollars we've invested. I would have sold long ago if I was able to. At least I'll finally be rid of this company and anything else that ARK touches.

Imbeciles. They rode the coat tails of Cathy Woods success during a pandemic and failed. Also marketed during a ME TO movement as an all woman company to get clients to invest! What a disaster! The people responsible created issues for many people and lost their money or are in limbo. Don't start a company if you can't do the work. The simple accounting audit needed! Absolutely ridiculous group of people!

Only a truly soulless company would market itself as a female founded business in order to lure in clients only to then funnel your money directly in to their pockets while breaking the most basic regulations in this industry. Do not let their marketing distract from their complete incompetence and disregard for their business.

They have failed to comply with the most basic regulations, with 0 transparency to customers. A literal joke of a business. The fact that any of these executives managed to rub enough brain cells together to even form a company is shocking to me.

Shameful. Would give 0/5 stars if possible.

They forgot to file their financial statement and securities got halted. Absolute insanity...

Edit: Turns out that they owe the funds 5.5 million. Ie. They pocketed 5.5m of investors money which they don't plan to pay back and the fund will be liquidated below nav. We need to sue these people. They can't get away with 5.5 million of our money after losing 80% of it. How can you guys pride yourself on being the first all female run fund and pull this fraudulent stunt? Way to make a good impression on the women's movement. 👏

CEO Lisa Lake Langley and CFO Desmond Alvares are the main culprits who led the company to become one of the first, if not the first, Canadian ETF providers to fail to comply with the industry regulations. Not only are they incompetent in their roles, they find excuses and play the blame game when things don't go their way. The fact that they took $5.5M from the ETFs, aka investors money, on top of the already high MER to pay their expenses, most likely including their salaries, shows how untrustworthy they are. I'll stay away from anything that they are involved in down the stretch.
