Sheryl was great, I heard she retired earlier this year. She learned the correct pronunciation of my name, most of the time I wouldn’t correct people out in public. Recently my bank account got hacked by scammers that spoofed the banks phone number. I have been to the Annapolis location many times the last week, and Rondell has been my light in a very dark and stressful week. The other lady there has been great too, I just didn’t catch her name. Even the people on the phone have been amazing! Love being a member of this credit union!

There were several instances that I have visited the Annapolis office. Each time I had the pleasure of interacting with Ms. Sheryl, it has always been a tremendous lift in my spirit. Ms. Sharyl is so warm, caring and compassionate. She has the magical abilities to turn my sad face into a happy smile.

Yesterday’s visit was my typical experience visit. It was excellent!!! Sharyl Amonica provides stellar Customer Service every time!! She shows up for her customers first; and then ESFCU!!! It’s never been the other way around…she’s a real GEM. She has always provided the utmost customer service. She has invited me to meet with her to discuss the options ESFCU offers so I can take advantage of a better return for my savings. She did so, by explaining that I could yield interest at a higher rate than I’m currently receiving. I assured her that I would be reaching out to meet and discuss those options!! What Great Customer Service!!!! No pressure just information. This is why I’ve been a member for over ten years. Thank You Sharyl!!!

What an amazing experience!!! I've tried online for months and even visited another branch just to open my account . When I walked in, I knew it was going to be a great experience. I was right!!! Sharyl was the first to let me know that if it can be done, it will be done. The manager even helped me. She was really friendly
It felt like family. That is definitely going ro be my favorite branch. Although one of them will not be there, she was in-training, but also kept me smiling.

I have had to make several visits to the Annapolis location while taking care of my elderly aunt’s finances because of her declining health. Sharyl A. has been a godsend during this very challenging period. She goes above and beyond, offering a level of customer service (and care) that I’ve never experienced from a banking institution. It’s obvious she cares about her customers. Sharyl A. is a top notch professional!

Side note - had a call several weeks ago from a gentleman from there security department because my aunt’s account was flagged for unusual activity…..wish I remembered his name, but he too was a top notch pro.
