Lisa Reid assured me I'd be getting a loan for a car.
Unfortunately even though I specifically said a base price of the car along with a trade in(before freight, taxes, etc.) & her confirming what I stated; She decided to back out of the loan accusing me of never mentioning it in the first place.
Piss poor business practice, the failure of communication is 100% credit unions fault.
Guess I'll give TD my money. ?

i wrote a negative review of this branch 2 years ago..and especially the people working there.

two years later i am still enraged by the treatment myself. my wife.and my children received.
if u value your dignity and self- respect i recommend that you NEVER EVER BANK HERE.

I get phone calls and voice mails from them several times a year asking me to call them back , and there is literally no way to do that . They never leave an extension number , and I’m not about to wait on hold for a rep from a different country . Also had my funds frozen several times out of the blues. I want to support small local credit unions but the professionalism and efficiency needs a lot of work.

Had a great experience, coming from scotia Bank where I felt like just another number the credit union really made me feel at home and that they cared about the community
