I was one of the “water in fuel” victims on Thursday. Thankfully my Jeep did not die on the road and I was able to make it to the dealership.
They told me they had a full schedule for the day and to not expect too much too quick.
I could understand that but was disappointed to have this delay on a much anticipated trip into BC.
However, within 30 minutes they had me in the shop and just before closing I was out and back on the road!! And the bill was quite a bit less than I expected too, which of course will be forwarded to Esso!

What an amazingly positive experience we had with Sam Vrolson (who will forever be our sales rep going forward), Trevor Commet and Sam Fralick! From the pricing, trade value, understanding our needs and relentlessly working to be sure we were getting exactly what we wanted. Sam V asked many questions to be sure she understood what we were looking to use the vehicle for so that we would be able to meet those needs. We were so happy with our first vehicle that a week later we went to Sam V to find us, a needle in a haystack, a used Jeep Wrangler. We had a specific list of must have’s and she surpassed it. By finding a really low km, higher trim package Wrangler that was far better than our original list and IN the budget we authorized. No pushing to go beyond our financial guidelines which was refreshing to say the least! We have been driving these vehicles for months and love them more now than when we bought them! Any minor issues or questions, post purchase, Trevor and Sam were able to quickly resolve. Thank you to Sam V, Trevor C and Sam F for the great deals on two exceptional vehicles. We will be back!

To be honest I did not have a very good experience. I find this very surprising as many people told me Eagle River Chrysler was one of the best dealerships in town. When I came into Eagle River Chrysler and meet one of your salesperson Sam Vrolson she did not speak very much. She did not smile or give me and my husband any information about the vehicles. She was just very uninterested and not motivated in helping me find new vehicle. Perhaps she was tired or having a bad day? I am not too sure.

Either way, I ended up calling in the next day and canceled my vehicle appraisal. I went to another local dealership in town. I totally recommend Frontier Auto & Imports. The salesman there are very friendly, positive, motivated, and knowledgeable. They will help anyone find the perfect vehicle they are looking for!!!
