Customers seeking service from Duncan Dodge, please be aware. I had a routine oil/filter and tire rotate service on May 22, 2025. 7000km later, a death wobble occured in the front end of my 3500 Ram at highway speed and I managed to limp the vehicle to another Dodge dealer in the Okanagan. 3 wheel lug nuts lost on the driver front wheel. Tech said I was lucky the whole wheel didn’t come off and he further confirmed every lug nut on all wheels were loose. He suspected none were torqued to specification the last time wheels were removed so of course, I called Duncan Dodge service and shared the news that I was lucky not to lose a wheel or two and suggested the tech may have missed the final torque procedure during my last service. To no surprise, the service rep accepted no responsibility for any omissions in work, nor paying for any amount of my repair bill (new wheel studs and nuts + labor), citing the standard 'retorque after 50 km' clause in the service order doc. Although I failed to have the wheels retorqued (i own that responsibility), I do believe the technician at Duncan Dodge owns responsibility for failing to complete proper torque specs during my last service with them. If you have any tires off at this dealership, please re-check/retorque your wheels by another shop immediately. I’m disappointed with the dealership response and will not be giving another dollar to the Harris Group.

New update: I had my truck in another Dodge dealer for warranty work yesterday and they confirmed the oil level was too high and may be a causal factor for future engine issues. My last oil change was at Duncan Dodge so not only is their basic tire rotation service questionable, their oil change skills look to be suspect as well, which reaffirms my belief to approach this dealer for service with utmost care and attention. I certainly would not expect this dealer to be competent at repairing/servicing anything more serious.

Stopped in when we came across some awful brake issues right before the long weekend and the team was amazing and so accommodating and went above and beyond to help us ! Tanvi is a new rising star at Duncan Dodge!! She was kind, knowledgeable and got me everything I needed, with a little help from her co workers. Mainly Jeff. They worked with me to get me what I needed! Oh and I can't forget Sidney. Great crew!
One side note, I purchased this truck for over a 100 grand, and no soft top with the truck. That's a lot of money to throw out for a vehicle and no soft top. 5 grand extra plus tax. That's a huge disappointment from JEEP.....
