Absolutely wonderful service at Ducharme. I dealt with Celeste for a rental after my car accident not only did she make it super easy but there was a gap between my allot days through insurance and when I picked up my new vehicle. Celeste, on short notice extended my rental, and did everything over the phone for me. Darcy was my sales guy and again super easy process I explained my situation and what I needed from a new suv, once I chose Candy worked her butt off and got me approved with a good interest rate. From start to finish communication was open and quick, will definitely continue buying my vehicles with them going forward!

The staff are amazing, no words can describe just how great this dealership is. Sales people know there products amazingly well, fiance people work hard to get you the loan you need. As long as I'm living in the area I will be buying from here and I will tell everyone I know to do the same

Our work van got sent in. Our company does lots of business with ford as our fleet vehicles are ford. We have a job on the clawr so of course when vehicles need services they've been sent to bonnieville. Service has been miserable overcharged every possible chance they get and never a wash or even an air fresher. Just sent in a chevy van that needed a fuel pump. Sent it to ford because thats who we have dealt with lots. It Took them months and they misdiagnosed it. I find it crazy they misdiagnosed it when it's a very common fuel system and have lots of information available on it. (5.3L vortec). Nonetheless it sat for 2 months got a new fuse panel that it didn't need then finally a fuel pump. The final bill all said and done was just under $4500!! For a fuel pump!

Darcy was exemplary! Showed me exactly the vehicles I was interested in. Never tried to upsell, but always made sure we knew all our options. We drove, I think 6 different cars before finally deciding on one. And we drove away feeling like we won, not wondering if we made a mistake. The staff at Ducharme treated us like we were buying a yacht, not a small car. I'll be back and I'll send my friends that way too.

Ducharm motors service staff was absolutely amazing they got my suv in 24 hours before it was supposed to and had my suv fixed less than 24 hours after I was told what was wrong with it absolutely 10/10 recommend going to see these lovely people
