The majority of the driver's either can't read english or they don't care about customer service. I get packages sent to my home weekly and there is almost always someone there. I include instructions with every order to please knock and not leave packages on the front porch. As you can see in the photo, the courier left 4 packages piled in front of the door, snapped the picture and left. Packages have been stolen in my area and I always either make sure someone is home or I put a note on the door to leave it with my neighbour. 99% of the time, the packages are just left on the porch. Very incompetent delivery couriers.

I am so grateful that Amazon delivers to my door! My mail and other couriers make me pick it up at other locations!

Dragonfly impressed me over and over again! Very friendly and courteous! They put up with my dogs. Deliveries always come to the door! Professional and respectful! I really appreciate them ❀

First time this company has delivered my Amazon orders. Gotta say, I am impressed. Lots of communication from them AND they give you the option of adding delivery instructions. The driver was very friendly and easy to talk to. I hope Amazon uses this company for everything. Would recommend Dragonfly to anyone and everyone. 🙂

Absolutely the worst and most unreliable shipping company. Amazon handed my item over to them for delivery, and it was very important for my summer camp. They delayed it by two days, which disrupted all my planned activities. I would never trust them again, truly the worst experience ever.

They refuse to actually deliver and just put “attempted delivery” if they have to do anything other than leave at a house door, if you’re in an apartment where they have to buzz in to leave it there, good luck, they never do it, they will hold your parcel for days and days before someone does it, and you’re not allowed to pick it up either. I can be home all day waiting just to find out they decided they don’t feel like calling or buzzing the door. Absolutely ridiculous. Also leave expensive packages in original packaging that you can see what it is out in the open, because you can’t pick them up! So if you’re at work, expensive stuff is going to be left out in the open- since you don’t have the option to just pick it up at the end of the day.

When Canada Post inevitably goes under, I hope you guys are there to keep our lives going.
I have never had an issue, and when I have had torn up boxes delivered, the drivers have mentioned to me that the boxes came in that condition straight from Amazon and they did their best to keep it intact! haha, I believe it. Appreciate the willingness to follow delivery instructions and the phone call notifications. 🙂 Truly above and beyond all other delivery companies.
I can't say anything about their customer service because quite simply in the hundreds of deliveries I have had, I have never had a reason to call them!

June 18 update: my packages that I was told were not at the warehouse, are now being returned to Amazon.

Amazon started sending my orders via Dragonfly, I have not recieved 1 order on time. My first 4 orders were held and deemed "lost". They were to deliver 3 orders yesterday, I gor 1 (5 days late), now they say the other 2 orders are not at the warehouse yet (now a week late). There are now 3 orders that say "on hold". I've called so many times, once they tell me I'll receive them Tuesday, then Wednesday, then Saturday, now they say the parcels never arrived (which Amazon says that Dragonfly has them). Five orders. Two orders arrived after I needed them. Three orders are still not delivered. Can't talk to anyone locally. Will have to stop ordering from Amazon, can't rely on the shipping company to deliver. I'd give 0 stars if it was an option.

Edited to add pictures of the tracking from Amazon, showing that the parcels have been scanned and left at Dragonfly for delivery. I called at least 3 times waiting the 30 minutes to get someone, to confirm they have the correct address. Oh and my first delivery, was delivered somewhere in Montreal, I'm near Thunder Bay.

Absolute worst shipping company. No local phone number to contact not even a number in my own province (ontario) my package is now 3 weeks late and no one can seem to figure out why. Every time I call the help line it's half hour on hold and I'm told 24 to 48 hours it will be delivered. So far 3 weeks same answer....save your time and money do not ever waste your time with dragon fly. Use a reputable company not this fly by night company
