Intentionally unhelpful. We were there for my late husband's estate and they just kept saying they couldn't help us. We were given wrong information and had followed what they had done previously which turned out to be wrong; their response was "oh well, not our problem". Wow - talk about no compassion. Would never go here again.

Bad experience with this company for my condo insurance. Poor communication and changed my fee three times by their mishandling. Very frustrating experience. I wasted a lot of time. Lost money over it and hard to get a proper refund over their policies. They took my money ok but policies to get it back was annoying. Gave up over frustration. I recommend you choose some other insurance company.
