Super smooth transaction from start to finish. We live in another state which 9-10 hours away and Dominic Forte came highly recommended to us by our estate attorney. We could not have been more pleased. He was so kind and very considerate as we went about this big event . I really appreciated his understanding and patience . The house went on the market on a Wednesday and by Friday morning we were going over 5 offers , some of which were higher than asking price . All were very good though .
