I had an appointment for 1130. I waited three hours and No one even knew I was there waiting and even when I addressed it, they said that the doctor had to review everything all over again before he saw me so I waited there uncomfortable, and in pain for them to only reschedule me for another day very disappointing

Dr. Gaughan is an awesome doctor but the office is managed horribly when him and Dr. Noel are not there. Natalie and Parz are the office manager and administrator and there are so many complaints about this office because of them. You can expect to wait 3 hours because they do not manage the doctors schedule and patient schedule nor records accurately.
