I have been with Desjardins since they were State Farm back in the day. Must be least 10 yrs I've been with them!

I've been through a few vehicles, one a very bad accident. Devastated, Andrea and Jodi stepped up and went above for me. The vehicle was very sentimental to me and a long story. The day of the accident and the days that followed, there was no extra stress. Every where I needed to go, Andrea and Jodi had the paperwork ready and whatever I needed, setup. I just needed to sign. I'll never forget those couple of weeks or the personal time the ladies put in extra for me.

Even to this day, calling the ladies to discuss anything is always a joy because it isn't just about business to them. They remember their clients, and they don't forget to catch up in between. Sometimes, it truly feels like they are family.

Don't understand something, just ask. Need to make adjustments or get a quote. Just ask. I always do it by phone, but they are just as quick by email if thats what you prefer.

The customer service, the time, and all the extras are truly priceless. We have no plans to shop ever any further, grateful for the perfect fit and for the continued support over the years!!
