Absolutely horrible experience spend money to get the front end done which failed wouldn’t honour any work piss poor service all around. Had another mechanic. Take it apart to find out they missed broken U joint . They had the whole front end apart and couldn’t even notice that put it back together And then have the nerve to give me a diagnostic bill. I would stay clear of this dealership over torqued my Studs tire came off just a big deal of events. Guys are absolutely horrible. Take your business elsewhere. spend that kind of money and look at the work you get Horrible workmanship pretty obvious to see that If the mechanic who took that apart did not notice that when he put the hub back together, should not be a mechanic I’d be ashamed it was right in front of your eyes pretty sad not rocket science when it’s write in your hand yet put it back together clueless brain dead really amateur hour at diamond Dodge

If I could rate this hack job dealership 0 I would. Friend of mine had their 2017 Wrangler there for a heater core replacement while she was in town for work. They took 4 weeks to get an aftermarket heater core brought in, then proceeded to cut the dash frame, and heater core tubes as a short cut to avoid removing the dash assembly. Don't worry, they still charged the full 14+ hours it takes to remove the dash and properly do this job. When confronted with this discovery, the service manager proceeded to instruct us that "this was normal practice" and "we do this to all of them". I can assure you, as a Chrysler dealership tech as well, this is absolutely unacceptable, and I would have lost my job passing this as acceptable. In reality, this poses a serious safety risk in the event of a collision, and I'm absolutely appalled to see this is the level of workmanship a dealership service department is allowing itself to conduct. The icing on the cake? The heater core they installed was a dud from the beginning, and she still had no heat after she picked it up.

Zero accountability, horrible workmanship, sub standard parts quality, and laughable customer service.

Purchased my first four door Jeep Wrangler in 2007 and received absolutely terrible service from Riverside Dodge that, at the time, was owned by Kevin Moulds and the service manager was Murray Wall. The service was so poor in fact, that I swore I would not patronize the business again. However, in 2020, my 2007 four door Jeep Wrangler Sahara (257,000km) needed extensive repairs and I chose to trade it in on a new four door Jeep Wrangler as the Melfort Jeep dealership had a new manager and the very best service manager, Kevin Burroughs. I cannot say enough about Kevin's knowledge regarding the Jeep Wrangler more importantly, how well he treats customers. Sadly, Kevin no longer works at Diamond Dodge. Almost two years ago, the paint on my new Jeep Wrangler began to bubble due to an inferior paint job at the factory and my Jeep was not an anomaly. Kevin dealt with the issue promptly and it was decided that Anderson Motors in Prince Albert would repair the Jeep as it has an auto body shop. When I purchased my new 2019 Jeep Wrangler, I also purchased an extended warranty that cost me $3324.51 and a part of the warranty contract states that if I am without the use of my Jeep due to repairs/service, $50.00/day for five days is covered by the extended warranty. When I dropped off my Jeep Wrangler at Anderson Motors, I learned that I would be without my Jeep for a week to two weeks and they would not cover any of the cost of a rental vehicle. Consequently, I visited Doug Kurtenback at Diamond Dodge wanting an explanation as to why my $3324.51 extended warranty was not being fully honoured. The excuse given was that the engine was operable consequently, the warranty could not/would not, be honoured. However, that I was without my Jeep Wrangler (for ten days) due to needing the hood, doors and hinges replaced because of a very poor paint job, I assumed the dealership where I purchased the Jeep Wrangler, would take responsibility for selling me a defective product and honour my extended warranty. I was told by Doug, "Well, at least, Jeep Canada is replacing the hood, doors and hinges." In the end, Anderson Motors covered five days of the ten day car rental cost which was $130.00/day. The cost to my 'self' for the inconvenience of being without my Jeep due a very poor paint job, was $750.00. That my extended warranty was not fully honoured is totally unacceptable and I will not patronize Diamond Dodge again especially now that Kevin Burroughs no longer is the service manager at Diamond Dodge. With respect to a Jeep/Chrysler extended warranty, would I recommend purchasing it? No, I would not because every Jeep/Chrysler has its own 'rules' regarding what is covered and what isn't. My Jeep Wrangler broke down just outside of Canmore and Canmore Jeep Chrysler Jeep Ram would not honour any aspect of my $3324.51 (code 415). In fact, they even charged me $50.00 for shop supplies (towels). The repair bill that time was $680.00 and I was without my Jeep for four days. That dealership too, would not honour the $50/day for a rental car--absolutely and totally unacceptable. Post-pandemic, the customer/consumer's rights to decent and fair service/treatment is no longer a priority to many businesses. Greed has changed the landscape at most businesses however, the service/treatment I received at Anderson Motors was absolutely phenomenal and puts Diamond Dodge to shame as it should. The $50/day for five days rental allowance was not about the money but rather, it was about principal. I paid $3324.51 for extended warranty and I expected the warranty to be honoured (in every aspect) at all Jeep dealerships across Canada as Jeep so boldly boasts to lure in customers. It is a fallacy... Shame on you, Diamond Dodge more specifically, Doug Kurtenback, shame on you!

Don’t bring anything else than a stellantis product here, even then cross your fingers, the work wont be completed per proper standards. Always cutting corners, shop foreman doesn’t have the proper tools to do the job.

- Brought a vehicle in for a spacer lift and ended up needing my engine replaced due to them not properly reinstalling a CV axle. Axle was not seated correctly and when vehicle went to move the CV popped out and busted a toonie sized hole in the engine block. The other CV was properly reinstalled. The lack of craftsmanship or pride in work, or a rush install caused a major failure which they then blamed the spacer manufacturer, then when I got the manufacturer involved dodge then blamed the type of vehicle it was going on, once they realized this was a mainstream product that can be installed on a plethora of vehicles, the foreman (let’s call him Shelly) informed me he didn’t have the proper tools to get the job done but tried to do so anyways(hammered my new brake rotors to get something to fit without having to unbolt a bolt) No warning, no call mentioning lack of proper tools. Not even a call from the dealer. Had to show up in person to get the full story, they charged $800 to INSTALL for 4 spring spacers that were supplied to them.

Go to D&M auto, go to Ripley ford, Thomas motors. Anything will be better I promise. Read most recent reviews as this seems to be more common now than it was in the past. Not enough room for the full outcome, included legal aid, lots of back and forth. Manager on location (let’s call him dodgey) was not receptive to our issue, would not hear our concerns or try to provide resolution. HOWEVER his bosses were way more willing to hear us out and provide resolution.

I added some pictures of what you should never see during a spacer lift install.

Dropped the truck off for a detail at 8 am as I was told. Parked it at 8:05, nobody was there so I locked it and put my keys in the gas tank, called and let them know within a few minutes of dropping off my truck. Half a day went by, came by and saw my truck in the same spot, peeked in and saw it wasn’t done! Lady came out and long story short wasn’t going to be done today, the detailers don’t work Saturday’s so figured Monday they would fit me in, but nope they’re all booked up đŸ‘đŸŒ right on just what I wanted to hear. Left my truck there for absolutely nothing. So I took my truck as I didn’t want to be without a truck all weekend. What a joke! Will not be back and highly do not recommend this place, go anywhere else but here! So disappointed!!

Ibpught s 2023 dodge ram truck from these guys in December of last year. It only had 10 k on it. I've put on 8k and it's been to dodge 5 times now in the past month. Check engine light comes on ans park blinks. Service shifter. Service transmission, service trailer lights. And it still does this
