I ended up staying here for work. Both the ladies I dealt with were amazing. I was able to bring my dog and have him stay with me. 100$ pet deposit that was refunded and 25$ a day.

The staff running the inn do an amazing job and keep everything immensely clean while also being able to help out.

Only issue worth noting is the wifi connection is fairly slow, but otherwise a great place to stay!

Been really happy with my stay here. Very friendly staff, clean rooms, and a full service area. Good price too with the kitchenette.

Toilet did not flush well. They had to call plumber who failed to improve it. Then used drano next day. Perhaps old plumbing is the problem.
Good hot shower with lots of pressure as well as clean rooms and pleasant staff

Great place to stay,we are always very comfortable when we stay here. The rooms are very clean the staff is friendly and efficient the beds and pillows where perfect and I love that they have pet friendly rooms, it is walking distance to all the restaurants and stores in town I would recommend this inn to anyone that visits Swan Hills

Clean rooms, comfortable bed, comfortable pillows, good shower pressure, friendly staff. Well maintained, everything is in good working order. Saw many complaints about WiFi, had no issues there. Fast and easy.

Surpassed expectations. Only complaint is there's no plug by the window for the portable AC unit, and even if there was there's no exhaust hose for it so the hot air is blowing right back into the room. There are no screens on the windows so when they are open bugs can get in. I'm guessing they may be winterizing and it's just been an abnormally hot fall.

Still, will stay again when I come this way.

Stayed here a few nights for work, and was pleasantly surprised. I tend to rate my experience on 4 key factors: cleanliness, wifi/internet, shower, and bed.

The moment I entered my room, I was hit with this wonderful smell of fresh and clean. No idea what it was specifically, but it smelled great. I was pleased to find the room clean, and it had an air conditioner. The rooms are cleaned everyday at this hotel. (I was surprised to see how many hotels don't refresh the rooms during your stay!)

The only thing to be aware of, is they don't use white towels here. I didn't see that as an issue, but my colleague pointed out that with colored towels, they can't bleach them. Myself, I don't have an issue with colored towels. They were clean.

The internet in this small town isn't stellar to start with, so I wasn't expecting much with the wifi. It seemed reasonable given its a small town. The one frustration with the wifi, was although the connection between my device and the wifi router was stable and solid, occasionally the bandwidth would drop off to nothing for up to 5 minutes at a time (so you're connected, watching Netflix or something, and it tells you that you're not connected to the internet, even though the wifi connection is working...)

The shower. Wow. Good hot water. IMMENSE water pressure. The shower head will fire water lasers through your soul if you're not careful when you set the taps..lol I was pretty surprised. Overall, nice shower experience.

Lastly, the bed. Nice comfy beds with feather (?) pillows. For me, they were way to soft (like sleeping on a warm marshmallow), so keep that in mind if you prefer a firm pillow.

Overall a pleasant experience, I not only would stay here again, I just booked my next stay here. Also, there's a burger baron behind it, a resteraunt in the front, both have good food. Being located in the "downtown" of swan hills, there's a grocery and hardware store just up the street as well.
