There was a loophole in my Auto policy with another Insurance broker in Calgary that wasn't going to pay my claim. I took my policy to DeJong's Insurance to review and they discovered that in fact I was covered. One phone call later i was re-imbursed by my original insurer. My next phone call was to DeJong's to give them ALL of my insurance business. Thank you DeJong's!

I very seldom share poor google reviews instead opting to pass my information along in a non public manner. That said my experience with Ronna was brutal. Streamlined,customer focused and forthright would be the antithesis of my time dealing with her. Incorrect information provided, downright rude responses and a lack of urgency were parts of the endeavor to do business with dejongs.

Went out of our way to do business with you and was treated with such a disregard that despite a few days a few calls and a few emails we got it all squared away in 30 minutes on the phone through brokerlink.

I can only comment on my experience dealing with this individual broker, the company itself may be fine but it's luck of the draw and we lost miserably.

Every year without fail, DeJong's goes over all my policies to make sure we are taking advantage of new products and pricing, and upgrading old ones. It seems Every time we AUDIT my products, we seem to find some savings by adjusting or upgrading to a more streamlined option. There seems to always be something new coming out, so always ask!! You will probably save some money!! DeJong's always reaches out and has ALWAYS gone the extra mile to cut costs for their clients! I'm not going anywhere! When you get treated with respect and professionalism and dedication..... i would be a fool to upset something running so good.
