I cannot say enough good things about Deb Murdoch. She went above and beyond for us first time home buyers. For a couple who had no idea what we were doing when it came down to documents, understanding forms, she provided exceptional service. I was able to bug her at any time and she was always ready and welcome to answer any of my questions. We are so happy that we were able to work with Deb from the first phone call discussing our situation, to the day we could sign our Morgage papers. She was always around to explain everything and was so patient with us when we didn't know what we were doing. 🙂 Thank you for making this dream come true! I went to see Deb about refinancing on my home. Because I am self-employed I've had difficulty in the past qualifying with traditional lenders. Deb had no problems finding a reliable, reputable and trustworthy lender for me. Not to mention a fabulous rate! Deb made the whole process painless and actually quite enjoyable! After months of working with a different Mortgage specialist and things not working out, we were frustrated and hopeless. Deb was fantastic to work with! She made it very easy by doing everything through email and over the phone so we didn't have to miss work or rearrange our schedule.
