Very disappointed with my experience with Bow River Properties. I found them unprofessional, non-communicative and quite frankly they just wasted over a week of my time.
We received a flyer in our mailbox advertising the company, thought it sounded like it could be worth looking into. I sent a request through their website. A few days later on May 19th I get a text, "Hey there, did your reach out regarding a property at *** in Foothills" After I asked who it was I was told it was from Bow River Properties. I suggested when he contacts people for the first time he may want to introduce himself and tell the people who he is before sending a random text. At any rate we ended up speaking on the phone. He was very pleasant and I was told I would have an email with a range of pricing and then they would send their fellow out to look at our property. The appointment was set up for today at noon. I heard nothing else, I received no email. I sent a text to our first contact on the 25th and he said he would have someone send an email that day. Still nothing.
I heard nothing until today, 2.5 hrs before they were supposed to be here to look at our property. They said they weren't interested. But they were willing to recommend a Realtor. Apparently because we are outside of their area, I'm not sure why they would put flyers in the rural mail boxes if they are not interested in doing business down here. I don't care if they are interested in our property or not, just tell us up front and don't waste our time. So not impressed.

Update: the only reason Jeremy called me AFTER HOURS at 6:10PM is because I left this review! Also, neither on your website nor the flyer that was left in my mailbox does it mention that you look for homes to completely renovate…false advertising and VERY MISLEADING!
Both unprofessional and not responsive. Today’s date is Oct 12th, and well over a week ago, I spoke with someone named Justin. Spent a considerable amount of my time on the phone with him, and was assured that someone else would be contacting me to provide a rough estimate prior to a walk through of my home. Going on almost two weeks later, I am STILL WAITING for that call. Their own website states that they provide an estimate within a few business days….FALSE ADVERTISING!! Would NEVER recommend contacting them. Extremely unprofessional!
