I was incredibly nervous to talk about my finances with ANYONE. I pretty much keep these details to myself, as I am used to being shamed or made to feel bad for having student debt at my age. Danielle made me feel very comfortable and not judged, so I was able to be open and honest with her about my situation and how I would like to move forward with tackling my debt while also making sure all of my other bills and plans for travel are covered. She did not judge that I like to buy Lululemon sometimes and I found that helpful and encouraging! I now have concrete steps to help me move forward with paying down debt, while also being able to plan for doing the things that I enjoy without feeling restricted or guilty.
