My Wife and I just moved to the area and bank with a credit union out of state. You guys came up as a shared option until we switch credit unions locally. I have been able to deposit my paychecks with ease and experience very friendly, kind and helpful service from both women at the counter!! I have been a C.U. of the Rockies member for over 40 years because of staff members like Shawn Szabo, Financial Life Coach in the Frisco office. Shawn assisted me with a pre-approval for a vehicle loan. He was very courteous, thorough, and professional through the entire process to ensure the best possible results for a loan approval. He made me feel like I was his only client knowing he had several other members he was servicing at the same time. Again, C.U. of the Rockies has exceeded customer service expectations with a great servicing staff like Shawn.
