Been dealing with this company for years and I have nothing but issue after issue with them and the pos car I got under them. Recently sent in change form a for banks was told it would he changed that day or the next to find out they charged my old account I was trying to close of which is now negative. Then they proceeded to tell me I owed a certain amount of which I then paid and then they proceeded to AGAIN charge my new account for a full payment!! I have small kids, I take care of a sick family
Member right now I don’t get much money. I tried to call, email and go tnere Saturday and it states they open and they are not open at all so I have had to borrow money for over the weekend for my children. I will be trading in my vehicle elsewhere and staying far away from this loan company ever again.

Zero stars for absolutely zero professionalism and service .. I strongly advise against going with this loan company, they will do everything in their power to default your loan...who does business like this! No help from anyone! I got an auto loan from this business 10 yrs ago and paid that off, everyone back then was very helpful and worked with you but this new group of people work against you not with you. It's a horrible experience doing business with credit max!! Don't do it!!

Jaime was an absolute gem! She was friendly, attentive and went above and beyond to help me and answer all of my questions regarding my car loan. I am unsure why there are so many negative reviews when my experience here, specifically with Jaime was smooth and stress free.

Disappointed with Lack of Communication and Unauthorized Withdrawal: I utilized a loan from your institute to purchase a car two years ago, diligently making payments until I recently paid off the remaining balance at the end of December 2023. However, my satisfaction quickly turned into disappointment when I realized I hadn't received any acknowledgment or receipt for this final payment.

To compound matters, I discovered an unauthorized withdrawal of $173.98 from my account dated December 29, 2023. This has left me deeply concerned and frustrated. Despite numerous attempts to reach out to your account manager, Brenda Williams, I have yet to receive any response or acknowledgement of my concerns.

I don't know who does the hiring but these people are incredibly rude and condescending. They do nothing to help or come up with different solutions. They cut you off when you are trying to speak. Brenda and Jamil should NOT work with the general public. Neither of them have any people skills.. I am surprised they still have a job. They act like they are so above anyone and have no understanding. If I were you, stay far away from creditmaxx unless you want to be screwed over or talked down to.

Run run as fast as you can. You ask questions and it's the same generic response " I don't know, it's a process." I ask to speak to someone who does know
"i don't know, I'll see if they are around." I would call, and some lady answers chewing food like a barn animal responding like a disgruntled teenager with an attitude problem. " What? Who? (imagine you teen child responding). NOTE: financial institution.
It is a financial institution. Perhaps train them better. Like DONT CHEW FOOD WHILE ON THE PHONE, perhaps faward them to the person that has an answer rather than "I don't know"
Credit Max's tag line should be: I don't know not my department so good luck!

Approval process was easy, some of the staff are friendly but managers can be rude towards clients, I felt I was looked down by one of them, the account manager. He was unprfessional with me by calling me dude or man rather then calling me by my name and when I told him I don't like being called "man", he called me "sir" in a condescending way.

Also, I realized that CreditMaxx DOES NOT report monthly when payments are made so it does not help rebuild a good credit at all.

I don't feel respected while dealing with them and will look to refinance somewhere else as soon as possible.
